1. General Provisions

  1. The GO4SNOWBOARD online store sells QuickSett ORIGIN 2.0 products via go4snowboard.pl.
  2. Contact with the Seller is possible at: contact@go4snowboard.pl
  3. These Terms define the rules of using the Store, placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and Seller.

2. Definitions

  • Store - GO4SNOWBOARD online store at go4snowboard.pl
  • Seller - GO4SNOWBOARD
  • Customer - natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase
  • Consumer - Customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to business activity
  • Product - goods available in the Store
  • Order - Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a sales contract

3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. To place an order:
    • Select the product and its variant (ring type)
    • Click the "Order" button
    • Complete the Stripe payment form
    • Make payment
  3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive confirmation at the provided email address.
  4. The sales contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

4. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).
  2. Prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN).
  3. Available payment methods:
    • Payment card (Visa, Mastercard)
    • BLIK
    • Przelewy24
    • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  4. Payments are processed through the secure Stripe system.

5. Delivery

  1. Delivery is available in Poland and selected countries.
  2. Shipping costs:
    • Poland: FREE
    • Europe (EU): from 49 PLN
  3. Order processing time: up to 48 business hours.
  4. Expected delivery time: 1-3 business days (Poland), 3-10 business days (international).

6. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of receiving the product.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform the Seller of your decision by email.
  4. The returned product must be unused, in original packaging.
  5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
  6. Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

7. Complaints and Warranty

  1. The Seller is liable for product defects under applicable consumer protection laws.
  2. Products may be covered by manufacturer warranty - details in product documentation. GO4SNOWBOARD is a distributor, not the manufacturer.
  3. Complaints can be submitted by email to: contact@go4snowboard.pl
  4. A complaint should include a description of the defect, photo documentation, and proof of purchase.
  5. Complaints are processed in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. GO4SNOWBOARD is a distributor of QuickSett products, not their manufacturer.
  2. The Seller is not liable for:
    • Damages resulting from improper use of the product
    • Damages resulting from improper installation
    • Damages caused by use contrary to manufacturer's instructions
    • Lost profits
    • Indirect damages
  3. Total liability of the Seller is limited to the value of the purchased product.
  4. User uses the product at their own risk and responsibility.
  5. The product is intended only for use in accordance with its purpose as described by the manufacturer.

9. Personal Data Protection

  1. The personal data controller is GO4SNOWBOARD.
  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

10. Disclaimer

  1. Information presented on the website is for informational purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  2. Product photos are for illustrative purposes - actual product appearance may slightly differ from what is shown.
  3. The Seller makes efforts to keep website information current but does not guarantee its completeness and accuracy.

11. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms come into effect upon publication on the Store website.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication.
  3. Orders placed before Terms modification are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of order placement.
  4. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
  5. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with civil procedure provisions.
  6. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
